4.0 COMMON ONLINE ENTRANCE TEST

Admissions to the course will be based on Online Entrance Test, to be conducted at selected [chosen as far as possible on the basis of proximity to centres] in the states. A location is proveded at Table 6 and also be accessed form the webs

(www.rehabcouncil.nic.in).

The entrance test will be conducted through a computer based online mode. At the test candidate will be provided with a computer and allocated user-ID name and password Using the will be allocated user-ID and password, the candidate will be to access the test test papers are individually generated and downloaded at a time on the test cen main server. The questions of the test paper will appear one at atime on the computer n candidate submits his/her answer by inputting throgh a mouse or Keyboards. A candidate impairment will be provided with assistance at theTest Centres.

The entrance test will be conducted over multiple sessions in day at the test centre anc about the test centre, session and time will be communicated to the candidates individually Admit Card. The Candidates are instructed to bring their Admit Card to the allocated to TheCandidates will be aloowed to appear for the Entrance Test only on validatid identities by the center administrators located at each center.

A mock test paper is posted at our websites www.rehabcouncil.nic.in & University websites This can used for practied by the candidates.

  • The examination will consist of 75 questions of total 1 mark each (there is no negative.
    The exams divided into the following sections:

  • Total duration of the Test is 75 minutes (1hour 15 minutes; 1 minute each question); the time remaining will be shown in a clock displayed on the screen. You will be automatically stooped from answering questions when the allotted time is over.

  • The Test Centre Administrators will be available at test centre to provide all the necessary assistance. The tests will be invigilated to ensure that spirit of the test is maintained.

  • You will have the option of flgging the question in case you with review the question The flggong would result in a blue ball with a red flag

  • You can manually un-flag the question by clicking on the u -flag button

  • The un-responded question can also be flagged and is reflected as a grey bullet with a red flag

  • After the chosen option is marked, the question would get un-flagged on its own.

  • The "SUMIT" button will appear after you have seen and gone through all the questions.

  • You can submit your answers by clicking on
     

  • On pressing the "Submit" button a confirmation would be asked "Are you sure you want to submit the Answers, Pressing "YES"will conclude the test" if you press "YES"your test will conclude and any case you will NOT be able to review your questions submitting them.

4.2 General Instructions for Test

You can be debarred fpr any of the following reasons;

  •  Creating a disturbance.

  •  Attempting to teke the test for someone else - Impersonation.
     giving to receiving assistance of any kind.

  •  Attempting to tamper with the operation of the computer or medding with system.

  •  You will NOT be allowed to carry any book/ mobiles phones/ electronic items

  • in clouding calculators, electronic diaries or any other device with memory/

  • listening devices and recording or photographic devices, inside the testcentre.

  • Please do not write anything on your hall ticket, if you require rough sheets ask invigilator for it and hand it over to invigilator before leaving the test centre.

  •  Attempting to move exam question and/or reponses (in any format) from the test

  • Attempting to remove scratch paper from the test room.

  • Once the test starts, you will not be allowed to leave the Test Canter/ Hall for any test is over and all the other formalities are completed. Please be Prepared to rema till the test is over if you have finished the test.

  • Candidates with thew violating the instructions of the test / invigitor will bedisqualifi

  • Do not tamper with the operation of your computer.

  • Failing to follow exam the operation.
