Eligibility (Entry Point) :

10 + 2 (Any stream) from a statutory Board of India or abroad or equivalent or who have appeared for the Preparatory program for graduation per BAOU norms. Any student who has passed 3 year. Diploma/s related to Food Processing & Preservation from any statutory examination institute is eligible for direct admission to |||year

third YEAR

• Marketing Management, Jam, Jellies & Marmalade, Fermentation & Unfermented Products, Food Adulteration, Team Management, Project & Case Study, Industrial Training

MOBILITY (Exit point)

Certificate in Food Processing & Preservation

will be awarded only after successfully passing in all subjects of 1st year.

Diploma in Processing & Preservation

will be awarded only after successfully passing in all subjects of 1st & 2nd years. and completion of three months Industrial Training.

Advance Diploma in Processing & Preservation

will be awarded only after passing successfully in all subjects of all years.
